16 month contract
Work Location : Karratha (Residential)
Roster : Monday to Friday
The position of Housing Liaison provides day to day assistance with the management of open market rentals and Fortescue-owned properties in the Pilbara region.
Please note that the successful candidate will need to have their own accommodation based in Karratha.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend property inspections and home visits as required
- Completion of required inspections reports as needed
- Provide support for participants in the Home Ownership Scheme as required
- Issues requests for maintenance to contractors and or Property Management Agencies.
- Review outstanding maintenance requests and follows the progress
- Provide support to employees in the Residential Support Program
- Provide general administrative support a required for the team
- Booking flights and accommodation
- Maintain and complete all required Employee Housing Loan documentation
Qualifications and Experience
- Competent in use of Microsoft Office, including Teams
- High level of customer service
- Ability and willingness to effectively resolve client issues
- Team player
- Willing and able to travel as required
- Willing and available to act in an afterhours emergency contact capacity as required
- High level time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- A good understanding of property management
