The Role:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic permanent full time Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team of highly engaged, fun and dedicated team of professionals. As a Customer Service Representative, you are at the forefront of our quality service delivery. You will be the vibrant face and voice of our company, orchestrating seamless interactions with our valued clients. Your energy will be fuelled by the satisfaction of making our customers happy. From managing incoming calls to efficiently scheduling work orders for our field team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of service delivery. Your day-to-day tasks will involve liaising with customers, property managers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and exceed customer expectations. If you thrive in an environment where collaboration, team work and customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal, then this role is tailor-made for you.
What you will be doing day to day:
- Interacting with a highly motivated team in a fun and collaborative environment
- Attend specialist training to enhance your customer service skills
- Be fully supported by your Team Leader to develop and enhance your customer service skills
- Providing the first impression for our valued customers and establishing customer rapport
- Utilise your skills and knowledge to find the best possible outcome for the customer
- Be proud to promote the Ken Hall brand through offering our wide range of services
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
About You:
- A genuine passion for talking to people and providing an excellent customer experience
- Motivated and eagerness to learn
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Intermediate Computer Skills – including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Enjoy working in a team environment and be willing to help others
- National Police Clearance
- Available to work 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
