2023 was a big year for The Swim Factory Australia – we opened two new purpose-built centres (Spring Mountain and Plainland). 2024 is as big and as exciting, and we would love for you to join us in our mission to teach swimming and water safety to infants and children.

If you are ready to take on a new challenge, learn a new skill and become qualified, the team at The Swim Factory are waiting for you and will:
- guide you through the qualification process in a safe and encouraging environment
- provide hands on experience with in-water and out-water training
- provide you with a passionate and dedicated team that are willing to share their knowledge and experience.
Is your preference to teach infants and toddlers? Either way we can help you attain both qualifications with hands-on support from experienced instructors
- Learn to Swim Instructor. You will be teaching swimming and water safety to independent swimmers from ages 2 ½ upward with an emphasis on safety, fun and skill development.
- Infants (babies & toddlers) Instructor. You will be teaching water familiarisation and basic swimming and water safety to parents/caregivers as well as their little ones from ages 3 months
About you
- You have or are willing to attain, your relevant swim qualifications, hold a valid CPR and Working with Children Blue Card.
- You love working with people – young and young at heart
- You are positive and flexible
- You are so keen to learn something new
- Reliability IS your second name
- You are passionate about teaching water safety and Learn to Swim
