We are seeking a Fleet Scheduler to assist our clients by managing repair and maintenance schedules. In this role, you will be tasked with coordinating both current and future bookings, employing strategic planning methods to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, plan, and maintain an effective service calendar for customers.
- Establish and maintain TTG’s booking system.
- Anticipate changes, delays, and roadblocks in the schedule, analyse the updates and implement schedule recovery actions where required.
- Plan and coordinate workload based on Workshop/Field Technician availability.
- Maintain administrative and compliance documentation in accordance with company and customer standards.
- Coordinate the re-booking process for all missed work identified.
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with key account customers.
- Liaise with customers, providing repair timelines, and managing bookings and re-bookings process.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in scheduling regardless of industry
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Competent across Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
