We are disrupting the service industry and as we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced senior People Partner (HR Business Partner) to join our national People team. You’ll be a champion of our TT values, working closely across the People and business teams to coach, solve problems, and create and launch programs to support all our TTG employees to be successful.
You’ll be passionate about supporting people and teams to scale and grow in a fast-moving environment. You are an experienced HR professional who can get things done but also think strategically and meet our leaders and teams where they are.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledgeable, dependable P&C counsel to senior management to accomplish successful and coordinated results.
- Determine, define, and oversee P&C plans, strategies and activities to enhance business operations.
- Act as a catalyst for change through providing ideas, advice and appropriately challenging leaders around people related matters.
- Provide ongoing advice and support to leaders, assisting them in resolving employment related matters.
- Identify and promote companywide initiatives.
- Role model a growth mindset to encourage the team to collaborate and solve problems together.
• Provide advice with regards to company policies, procedures, entitlements, and employment legislation.
A little bit about you…
- Tertiary qualifications are desirable. You will have experience working in a HR/P&C partner capacity and be a champion for People & Culture, preferably with at least 3 years of HR Advisory/Business Partnering experience.
- You will be an outstanding communicator and you will be adept at consulting and influencing a broad range of stakeholders to successfully influence them on key change initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation, and consultative skills at all levels is required with generalist understanding of HR legislation, risk, and compliance issues.
- Provide support, guidance, and direction to employees in seeking HR/P&C support and/or directing them to the appropriate team members
