Join our team as a Retail Operations Business Analyst!
The Retail Operations Business Analytic is accountable for
- Analysing business performances, using our database, being able to manipulate and adapt info to get insight and suggestion to our Sales team
- Being part of Advanced scheduling and forecasting project, she/he will be responsible to drive the Forecasting part to better plan in advance
- React and respond properly and efficiency to questions and doubt about KPIs and performances with ad hoc analysis
- Closely collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to provide analysis on business impacts and incentives
- Manage own time and help with planning and delivery priorities on time
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ continuous years’ experience in Business Analytics, focusing on KPIs and Retail businesses
- Intermediate Word, Excel, BI and PBI
- Very priority driven: working in such a fast environment it's necessary to identify priorities and be able to deal with different deadlines
- Managerial skills: being representative of a team inside a project team, you will need to have managerial skills and be able to drive people to achieve results
- Communication: Expresses ideas, opinions and thoughts succinctly, readily understood by listeners and readers and writes clear, concise and readable documents.
- Effectively serving, managing, and supporting internal and external customers
- Possess a keen analytical mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for numbers and data
