The City of Sydney's Education and Care Services team seeks highly skilled and motivated outside school hours care (OSHC) workers to join our team of educators.

You will have demonstrated experience and skills in caring for and educating children aged 5-12 years old in an OSHC environment.

Other selection criteria include:

  • Diploma in Children’s Services or approved equivalent.
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • Current Working with Children Check Certification and willing to undergo a police check
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework and Child Protection Law and its application within an education and care setting.
  • Experience in contributing to quality Improvement and the establishment and implementation of high-quality programs with 5-12 year olds.
  • Capacity to guide and mentor educators.
