Job Description

Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this stimulating Retail Inventory Lead role at our Bathurst store. We are looking for an experienced stock hand who is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about stock integrity. If you're hyper-focused on accuracy, enjoy partnering with a leadership team and leading others, and enjoy maximising efficiencies across stock receiving and stock-to-floor processes, then this role may just be for you!

A bit about you...

  • Inventory and stock-receiving experience preferably in a high-volume retail environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills and time management
  • Strong communicator and self-motivated individual with the ability to inspire others around them with the best stock and inventory practices
  • Solutions driven individual who will challenge the status quo and provide efficient processes
  • Ability to multitask whilst being resilient through change and able to bounce back from setbacks quickly
  • Demonstrates self-awareness and is open to personal and professional development
  • An influencer who is highly personable, confident, and with an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift and process products up to 20kg
