Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business Performance Analyst to join their growing company. The purpose of the role is to lead and drive high business performance through continuous improvement, data management, reporting, and decision support to key stakeholders.
A high degree of commercial acumen and being able to articulate and communicate operational performance using indicators and insights is key.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity;
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards that provide insights into key business drivers;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their business needs and provide data-driven recommendations;
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and support decision-making;
- Monitor and report on the performance of our products and services, including pricing, sales, and customer retention; and
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and drive cost savings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within financial services;
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, TM1 Tableau; and
- Excellent communication skills.
