Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cruise Coordinators. As a Cruise Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream cruise vacations. This is a remote position, offering flexible hours and commission-based pay.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their cruise preferences and requirements
- Research and recommend cruise options based on client needs
- Assist clients with booking their cruise, including selecting cabins, dining options, and shore excursions
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Follow up with clients to ensure they have all necessary documentation and information for their cruise
- Keep up-to-date with cruise industry trends and promotions
Requirements:
- Must be located in the United States, Mexico, or Australia
- Must have a stable internet connection, smartphone, or computer
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No previous experience necessary, training will be provided
