The objective of this role is to provide quality education & care to the children, while mentoring and guiding the team to offer the best practices, education, and care to our children.

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent)
- Proven leadership experience in guiding best practice
- Knowledge of key frameworks and regulations in Early Childhood
- Understanding of mandatory reporting responsibilities
