Receptionist
Permanent Part-time position opportunity for cheerful and confident Receptionist to join our administrative services team at Short St Day Surgery!
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused administration staff member to join our motivated and dynamic team. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with staff, customers and the general public. This is an exciting and pivotal role where your team and customer services skills will be highly valued.
You would be working predominantly Monday to Friday. Start and finish times will vary to cover administration from 0600-1800.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a committed team player with a strong customer focus and an eye for detail. You must be passionate about being in the front line dealing with internal and external clientele and enjoy a varied and fast paced administration role.
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- High level time management and organisational skills
- Medical terminology highly regarded.
- A professional and personable disposition
- Ability to work within a team environment and multitask.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Willingness to learn and the ability to grasp concepts with ease.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
