计算机、电子、通信等相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上相关领域从业经验，其中至少3年以上团队管理经验。 深厚的系统工程理论知识和实践经验，对SIOT和穿戴产品有深入的理解和热情。 熟悉常用的硬件和软件开发工具，以及相关的通信协议和标准。 出色的团队管理和领导能力，能够激发团队成员的积极性和创造力。 优秀的沟通协调能力，能够与不同部门和层级的同事有效合作。 对新技术和新应用有敏锐的洞察力，能够快速学习和适应不断变化的市场环境。 良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读和撰写英文技术文档。

Job Description:

Responsible for leading and managing the SE team to ensure the achievement of team goals and efficient operation. Conduct system-level requirements analysis, architecture design, and technical planning for SIOT (Smart Internet of Things) and wearable products. Collaborate with multiple departments, including hardware, software, and cloud service teams, to ensure smooth product progression from concept to mass production. Take charge of key technology research and development, as well as complex problem-solving, providing technical support and directional guidance to the team. Participate in project management and decision-making, effectively controlling project schedule, quality, and cost. Establish and maintain a team knowledge base, promote team technical sharing and training, and enhance the overall technical level of the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, electronics, communications, or related fields, with at least 8 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years in team management. Deep theoretical knowledge and practical experience in systems engineering, with a profound understanding and enthusiasm for SIOT and wearable products. Familiarity with commonly used hardware and software development tools, as well as related communication protocols and standards. Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to motivate team members and foster creativity. Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, capable of effective collaboration with colleagues across different departments and levels. Keen insight into new technologies and applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing market environments. Good English proficiency, able to read and write technical documents in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience successfully leading SIOT or wearable product projects is preferred. Outstanding achievements in system architecture design, performance optimization, and reliability design are advantageous. Holding professional certifications in related fields (such as PMP, CSA, etc.) is a plus.
