Mixing, shaping and baking of breadPerform general bakery equipment cleaningMonitor ingredients for quality and quantityOrganise and prepare foodPresent Food: rice paper rolls, wraps Prepare Appetisers and Salads, sweetsPrepare and produce French baguettes, Sandwiches, piesPrepare and Produce PastriesPrepare and Produce CakesPrepare Bakery Products for Patisseries

M&M Bakehouse primarily produces and sells rolls, wraps, salads, rice paper rolls and sandwiches. M&M bakehouse bakes bread daily and is known to have the softest crunchiest French baguettes which the customer can use to fill with a wide selection of meats and salads that is prepared fresh daily. M&M bakehouse also sells a wide range of pies, pastries, sweets and beverages in addition to the primary items.
