Staff Australia is currently seeking a returns assessor to join a well-known Australian power tool brand based in Dandenong South.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the returns warehouse team, your main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing customer returned items
- Checking and testing each item for faults and damage
- Assess warrenty claims from customers
- Processing returns through computer database
- Heavy lifting/manual handling
- General warehouse duties as required
About You
To be successful in this opportunity, you will possess the following:
- Previous returns experience an advantage
- Strong computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Own reliable transport
