This is a full time permanent opportunity.
The role:
- Deliver internal payroll audit projects
- Develop a run-sheet for the payroll process in the new pay system
- Implement and monitor staff compliance with policies, procedures and programs
- Back pay calculations
- Risk management
- Implement enhancements to streamline payroll processes and increase efficiency
- Reconcile and remediate any past pay discrepancies
Profile:
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role, as well as strong communication skills. The following attributes are also highly advantageous:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Previous experience in the health industry
- iChris or Chris21 experience (not essential)
