Your new role

In your new role, you will be responsible for the provision of timely and accurate processing of high volume provider accounts and client reimbursements. The role also entails providing first call resolution and quality customer service to providers and clients through inbound and outbound calls. As account types and their level of complexity vary greatly, you will be required to resolve account issues using strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder engagement to ensure all accounts are processed and paid in a timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for candidates with experience in payment processing, customer service and with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in business, administration or finance

• Demonstrated experience of providing first call resolution and quality customer service within a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders to ensure fast resolution of issues

• Demonstrated experience in high volume account processing whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy

• Strong experience of determining the root cause of a problem and resolving it promptly to meet the needs of clients and providers

• Expertise in the use of TAC systems including AVANTI, CPS and other MS programs
