Hays is partnered with a market leading, multinational manufacturer based in Geelong who are looking for a receptionist and customer service specialist to join their environmentally focussed organisation.
Your new role
As the Despatch Clerk for this organisation, you'll be responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders (from phone and email) through to the invoice stage and the smooth organisation of transport companies to collect products from warehouses for delivery to customers.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll have demonstrated excellent customer service and despatch experience. You'll know your way around an invoice, and you won't be shy to pick up the phone, book transport and you'll have an eye for detail. You'll be responsible for:- Processing of customer orders through to invoice stage
- Booking transport for customer orders for pickup and delivery
- Management of customer information
- Filing of all documents relating to customer orders in the appropriate areas
- Other questions as directed by management
