Your new role

Our client is looking for a Senior Account Coordinator to provide support to the Area Business Manager.

Key responsibilities are:
  • Co-ordination and monitoring of all forecasting in the region
  • Assist with GQOMS approval process and the raising of Expenditure Proposals.
  • Customer Account Setup, Credit, Statutory, Master Data, CARMS, Supply Chain
  • Regularly analyse key data, providing trend analysis and corrective actions
  • Providing IT, Commercial and Office administration support
  • Effectively communicating with stakeholders, contractors and internal staff
  • Hybrid support to the Territory and National Manager

What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an office management or business administration role is essential.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance or engineering would be highly regarded.
  • Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced level Excel & 4S SAP user skills are highly desirable
  • An eye for detail and an ability to work alongside diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
