Your new role
Our client is looking for a Senior Account Coordinator to provide support to the Area Business Manager.
Key responsibilities are:- Co-ordination and monitoring of all forecasting in the region
- Assist with GQOMS approval process and the raising of Expenditure Proposals.
- Customer Account Setup, Credit, Statutory, Master Data, CARMS, Supply Chain
- Regularly analyse key data, providing trend analysis and corrective actions
- Providing IT, Commercial and Office administration support
- Effectively communicating with stakeholders, contractors and internal staff
- Hybrid support to the Territory and National Manager
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an office management or business administration role is essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance or engineering would be highly regarded.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Advanced level Excel & 4S SAP user skills are highly desirable
- An eye for detail and an ability to work alongside diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
