Are you a skilled and reliable Machine Operator looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment?Our client, Australia's leading manufacturer and distributor of reinforced steel products based in the ACT is looking for a Morning Shift Machine Operator.
- Morning Shift
- $36.35 p/h
- Monday to Friday
- 6AM to 2PM + occasional overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a steel bending/cutting machine.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Machine Operator preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Overhead crane experience highly regarded
- LF Forklift Licence desirable
