About the Contract:
- Role Title: Training Administrator
- Location: Perth CBD, St Georges Terrace
- Pay Rate: $35 p/h + Super
- Start Date: 5 June 2024
- End Date: 7 August 2024
Responsibilities:
- Promote courses to encourage participation.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for seamless coordination of projects.
- Manage system interfaces, ensuring data accuracy.
- Monitor and respond to enquiries in the Learning & Development email inbox.
- Handle scheduling, enrolments, and logistics for training sessions.
- Coordinate catering and facility requirements for in-house program delivery.
- Maintain records and attendance sheets accurately.
- Conduct duty of care checks and address participant needs during training programs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in training administration or a related role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
