We are looking for an Activation Manager to join our team and work across all channels of paid search, paid social, programmatic display and video. This is a client-facing role and comes with plenty of opportunity to develop the campaigns with a client that loves forward thinking and is open to new ideas.
You will work in a small team, reporting into the Activation Account Director on this large auto client.
Your Responsibilities:

* Manage day to day campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social and programmatic.
* Work with clients on campaign briefs, building responses and channel strategies that are relevant with the support of the Activation Account Director.
* Oversee the setup of campaigns and trading in all platforms, completing data and trend analysis to improve overall performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs.
* Manage and lead a team of high performing Executives and Assistants, mentoring them and helping them to grow.
* Own and maintain strong client, partner and internal agency relationships

Your Expertise:

* 2-3 years experience in a similar position across digital activation or biddable.
* Experience on tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Google, Sizmek, Youtube Ads etc.
* Experience managing a small team and mentoring junior members of staff
* Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
