Job Description:

Rezdy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in advising and assisting our clients in optimising their business operations, enhancing their organisational performance, and driving strategic growth initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Consulting: Collaborate with the group business’ (Rezdy, Checkfront and Regiondo) to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and provide strategic guidance and solutions to achieve their goals.

- Process Improvement: Assess current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

- Performance Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of data, financial metrics, and operational performance to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to drive organisational transformation, facilitate the adoption of new processes, and ensure smooth implementation of recommended solutions.

- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field with 3-5 years experience.
  • Proven track record of experience in management consulting, with a focus on strategy, operations, and business transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies, change management, and project management.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the travel, tourism, or experiences industry is a plus.
