Job Description
What you’ll do…
- Build, lead and execute the annual marketing strategy for the hotel – understanding the numbers is essential but we want you to bring some creative flair to the execution!
- Plan and own the annual marketing budgets for each hotel – a given really…
- Create seasonal campaigns or one-off ideas and associated performance marketing plans that drive direct room bookings and help our revenue team encourage to people to stay a while with us
- Know your hotels inside out and be constantly thinking about how you can innovate the guest experience and our offering by reacting to immediate needs & long-term trends
- As part of the wider global brand team, you will be instrumental in developing bigger statement brand activations that are routed in insights – from pop-up campsites to launching subscription programmes – and you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to work out how to make things happen
- You’ll keep us connected to our neighbourhoods and our guests through interesting brand partnerships, creating elevated partner packages or stocking our retail areas with goodies from local makers
- You will drive our community activities across all hotels – big or small – to ensure we continue to give back to the most vulnerable in our communities
- You will work closely with our graphic design team and be responsible for writing brilliant and insightful creative briefs to ensure they can do their best work
- You’ll be a close ally of our PR, Digital and Content teams working collaboratively to tell stories through global channels in a timely fashion

- Someone who knows their CPCs from their CTRs and loves to use the data to optimise performance
- A great communicator with stakeholders across a business at any level
