Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic National Partnership and Growth Manager to lead our partnerships and growth initiatives in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, foster strong partnerships, and enhance our reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a national partnerships and growth strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organisations, and industry partners
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and projects
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions
  • Develop and manage budgets, reports, and performance metrics to measure success
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the health or social services sector
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing growth strategies and partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Understanding of the NDIS and the disability sector
Desirable:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working with people with disabilities or in the health and social services sector
  • Knowledge of Queensland's disability services market
