The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service by managing a diverse range of client requirements and projects. They will collaborate closely with the Account Service team to ensure the successful execution of creative, content, media, and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the management of day-to-day delivery of creative, content, media, and digital projects for clients.
- Upholding the gold standard for client service and satisfaction.
- Demonstrating a deep passion for B2B marketing and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Contributing to the development and execution of communication planning processes and creative strategies.
- Utilizing strong project management skills to ensure project success, including the implementation of processes and procedures.
- Leveraging excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and insights to internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or similar
- Demonstrable passion for B2B marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience in an agency or client-side marketing role.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
- Understanding of communication planning processes and/or creative development processes.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, particularly Powerpoint, Excel, and Word.
- Proven project management skills, including experience with critical paths and project plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Must have Australian working rights.
