Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and acquisition of new clients through targeted prospecting and networking efforts.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, pain points, and industry trends.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry contacts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet clients' digital marketing objectives and drive business results.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports for performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated passion for a career in Digital Marketing.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
