Embark on a rewarding journey as a Multi-Site Property Manager with a primary focus Quest Fremantle with oversight of Quest Rockingham, ensuring their seamless and profitable function. Responsibilities:
As the Multi-Site General Manager, you will:
- Drive exceptional financial results through exemplary revenue management and balancing expenses.
- Provide operational and strategic direction to the hotel management team to ensure a memorable guest experience.
- Be instrumental in driving changes and improvements in performance and implementing strategies in line with business objectives.
- Develop your leaders through hands-on management, coaching, and mentoring.
- Foster exceptional employee engagement and retention.
- Create and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, the operator, shared services, employees and guests.
- Act as a liaison within the local community, representing Quest and fostering community engagement
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Demonstrate prior experience as an Operational, Hotel, or General Manager, demonstrating achievements in rooms and revenue management.
- Understand the essential metrics influencing accommodation businesses, leveraging this knowledge to drive revenue growth and inspire team performance.
- Embrace and adapt to our culture and values, fostering a positive and rewarding work environment.
- Exhibit confidence in cultivating strong relationships, adeptly addressing challenges, and implementing solutions that elevate service quality.
- Possess the experience and ability to drive financial growth through strategic thinking and execution.
