Quest Rockingham is a 4.5-star apartment-style hotel offering 96 one and two-bedroom executive apartments, offers 4-star premier accommodation for both business and leisure travellers in the Rockingham region. Situated on Flinders Lane, it's just a short walk from the Rockingham Foreshore, featuring award-winning restaurants, cafes, and one of WA's top swimming beaches. The property is conveniently located 15 minutes from HMAS Stirling naval base and the Kwinana industrial area, and only 10 minutes from Penguin Island, where guests can enjoy close encounters with penguins, seals, and the opportunity to swim with dolphins.
The Role:
- Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Front Office Supervisor role offers an exciting opportunity to:
- Oversee recruitment, training, rostering, and supervision of Front Office team members to maintain operational excellence and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Guide and mentor the front office team to maintain optimal productivity, quality, and positive employee engagement and retention.
- Respond courteously and accurately to guest inquiries, with an emphasis on anticipating their needs.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and problems promptly and efficiently to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure the safety of guests and staff by adhering to procedures and promptly reporting any suspicious activity.
- Work closely with the Business Development Executive in supporting sales targets, overseeing reservations, and addressing the needs of both corporate and leisure guests.
- Ensure adherence to Quest’s established brand, model and procedures.
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Front Office operations and Guest Service areas
- Advanced skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous leadership and people management experience in an accommodation environment is essential
- Genuine interest in a career in the serviced apartment accommodation industry
