Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations / Rental Coordinator to serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, strategically allocate fleet to optimise rentals, and supervise logistics. A successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, problem-solving, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and calls.
- Strategically allocate our fleet to maximise rental opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently manage and coordinate logistics within the branch.
- Supervise and provide support to our drivers and field service mechanics.
- Handle various administrative tasks that arise within the branch.
- Maintain strict adherence to WH&S standards and oversee related procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in rental coordination and managing high call volumes.
- Previous experience in a service coordination role.
- Exceptional time management skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication, customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines and solve problems proactively.
