Position Profile: The Program Support Officer provides support to the RPBG Safety & Quality (SQ) Division under the direction of the Manager of SQ to deliver on the Royal Perth Bentley Group’s (RPBG) SQ strategic priorities.

This requires the provision of high level administrative and secretarial support to clinical and corporate governance committees, and assistance with analysis, monitoring and reporting of the Quality Improvement Plan/s, Audit Schedule/s and Performance.

The position provides technical support to facilitate the roles and functions of the Safety and Quality team including readiness for accreditation against the National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS) Standards, risk management, clinical incident management, clinical audit and quality improvement.
