About you:

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Your role', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Clinical Practice - Demonstrate a high level of professional knowledge, clinical skills, judgement and problem-solving ability across a broad range of clinical Physiotherapy presentations, and an ability to provide clinical services of a complex nature, where established principles, procedures and methods require some expansion, adaptation or modification.
  • Clinical Ability - Demonstrated ability to provide clinical services of a complex nature, beyond that of dayto-day routine clinical practice where established principles, procedures and methods require some expansion, adaptation or modification.
  • Communication / Team Participation - Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team to plan complex service delivery, develop stakeholder partnerships and provide clinical advice regarding service delivery, direction and improvement opportunities.
  • Leadership - Demonstrated ability to advocate for, initiate, plan and evaluate local service improvement initiatives and provide clinical supervision and education on Physiotherapy service provision to less experienced staff.

To be successful in this role you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong experience as a Physiotherapist in a multidisciplinary team. You will be a motivated, passionate professional, who thrives on supporting people in the local community.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • You will require the following qualifications:
  • Qualification in Physiotherapy (Undergraduate or Masters)
  • Registered Health Professional with the AHPRA and associated Private Indemnity Insurance.
  • Full valid Driver's License
  • Working with Children's Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
