The Role
The Senior Program Coordinator provides effective leadership and co-ordination of the Employer Incentives team, in support of the Associate Director State Government Incentives Program, to ensure the effective administration of the State Government Incentives program for employers of apprentices and trainees in Western Australia.
The Senior Program Coordinator is required to apply technical expertise in the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to validate incentive claims, monitor and analyse data, identify trends and make recommendations for system and business process improvements that support the delivery of the State Government Incentives program.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in the use of a CRM Dynamics 365 database, and be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and manage teams to ensure that program goals and objectives are met.
