Description and Requirements工作内容：
1. 负责对接业务部门的信用风险评估，掌握财务报表间勾稽关系，独立完成信用审核工作，包括项目初步评估、出差现场尽调、报告撰写、项目报批等；
2. 了解政信项目、数据中心及其他智慧类城市项目的一般流程及行业标准，核验政府审批发文，熟悉该类项目的风险结构并能够提出相应风险缓释方案；根据风控要求，对项目交易结构提出要求或者建议；
4. 独立完成尽职调查，出具项目初审意见并撰写信审报告，参与项目上会；
5. 参与制订、优化信审流程和风控策略；
要求：
1. 具有8-10年融资租赁公司信审工作经验优先；
2. 审计、财会等相关专业本科以上学历；
3. 对各主要行业有较强的行业知识及对新行业的学习能力；
4. 具有较强的风险判断和决策能力，良好的人际沟通协调能力与执行能力。
