About the Opportunity:
Join a high-profile team to develop and implement medical strategy for in-market and pipeline products in Oncology. Lead the Medical Affairs Strategy and Tactical Plan, engage with key stakeholders, and drive initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Duties:
- Develop Medical Affairs Strategy
- Ensure alignment with organizational strategy
- Work cross collaboratively with internal teams to support pre and post launch activities
- Manage Medical Education plans
- Lead KOL engagement plans
- Cultivate KOL relationships by participating in scientific discussions and sharing insights
- Drive data generation programs
- Manage safety review with PV
- Disseminate data relating to brands
Skills and Experience:
- MD degree required
- At least 7 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry within Australia
- Experience with solid tumours
- Commercial acumen
- Exceptional engagement and communication skills
