The development of prestigious projects, valued at close to $200M, consists of premium residences. These apartments combine modern luxury with the breathtaking views of the Brisbane skyline. The project attracts discerning clients, including local downsizers and interstate movers, by offering a range of spacious and luxurious skyhomes.
Your Role:
As the Senior Site Manager, you will manage the entire construction lifecycle of this exceptional development. Your role involves ensuring project milestones are met within established timelines and budget constraints while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Leading a team of skilled professionals and craftsmen, you will coordinate the efforts of subcontractors and suppliers, and work closely with architects and engineers to realize the development's vision.
