Accounts and Administration Officer (Full-time or Part-time)

Permanent full-time OR part-time (4 days per week) opportunity for experienced Accounts Officer with well-known Toowoomba trade business.

Our client, a well-established, family-owned business providing quality trade services across the Darling Downs, is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to commence as soon as possible. This position can be worked full-time or four (4) days per week - you choose!!

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

• End of Month Financial Reporting
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Supplier Invoicing
• Payroll including overtime/travel allowances/superannuation payments
• Annual PAYG Payment Summaries
• BAS preparation
• AP , GST, credit card, superannuation and bank Reconciliation
• General ledger and General Journal entries
• Telephone Enquiries
• Scheduling of appointments/job orders
• General administration duties

Experience and a working knowledge of Xero accounting program is required. Candidates should have proven ability to work autonomously, high level attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
