The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the account management of a portfolio of existing customers, responding to broker referrals and the identification of business development opportunities. Whilst adhering to credit and compliance regulatory requirements, you will provide clients with market leading business planning and risk management advice. Using a highly consultative approach, the Relationship Manager will enjoy developing a detailed knowledge of each client’s challenges and financial objectives.
The Opportunity:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a client-centric professional with a strong interest in the commercial and regional sectors. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Lending work experience with commercial clients
- An understanding of Australian corporate lending/credit processes
- A strong interest in local business dynamics - with an ability to develop a network
- Proven communication, client facing and influencing skills
- High levels of motivation and effective time-management skills
