Experienced Service Manager required for multi-franchise dealer located in Geraldton WA.
Our client is a well-established Automotive Dealership in Western Australia. They are a family-owned and operated organization, with franchises in various locations in metro Perth and rural WA.About You
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience as a Service Manager; including experience with manufacturers and new car franchises.
- A sound understanding of vehicle warranties and recalls and how they pertain to the service department.
- A team player who understands the importance of working with different departments to achieve goals.
- Able to collaborate with other departments (Parts, Sales and Service) to achieve organisational goals.
- Possess exceptional communication skills with an ability to build and develop customer relationships.
- Be process driven with a drive to succeed and achieve key KPI’s.
- Ability to train, mentor, motivate and develop a team of around 15 members.
- Professional and well presented.
- Current driver’s license.
- Police clearance.
