Head-officed in Coombabah on the Gold Coast, this fast-growing solar energy player has been in operation since 2012 and has established a solid footprint across the eastern seaboard of Australia. With an already established second office in Torquay, this business has big growth plans in the Werribee and Greater Geelong region and across new markets in Victoria for 2024 and beyond.

As part of a growing in field sales team, your role will be to attend 10-15 in person meetings per week, which have been prequalified and pre-booked by the internal customer service team. These are customers and businesses who have made contact to explore solar energy options. Your role is to meet with the customer and through conducting a thorough needs analysis of their situation, sell them an appropriate solar solution.

We are really keen to hear from experienced solar energy sales professionals, who are hungry, driven, ambitious and self motivated to achieve high commissions. We would also be keen to hear from strong sales candidates from other sectors, who have a desire to move into the renewables industry and make an impact.

From day one in the role you will be invited up to head office to be put through a comprehensive training program, as well as spending some time in the field with existing high performers in the business to learn from the best.

Once your training is completed, you will begin attending your 10-15 pre-booked meetings per week in your region and the rest is up to you. This role is commission only and you will receive on average between $1100-$1300 per sale. With 15 qualified meetings booked for you each week, you do the math...

This business is the highest payer of comms in the industry, and their long established sales team are testament to the strong culture and genuine high earning potential of the role.

As this position will be required to service the Greater Werribee, Bacchus Marsh and Geelong region, the successful candidate will be required to have a current drivers licence and a reliable vehicle to attend your meetings.
