National Employment Standard. The employer requires a qualified baker to :
- $70,000 pa / Cert III qualified + 3 years experience for Full / time position with early
- starts;
- Mix, knead, rest, roll, cut and shape dough, for pastry and cake products;
- Construct pastries, cakes and slices and bake in ovens ;
- Apply fillings, icings and decorations to pastries, cakes and slices;
- Manage and supervise special order cakes.
