The Role:
Monday to Friday, this is your chance to join a fast growing, high performing agency and take over a small, well-managed and well-maintained portfolio of 150-200 (dependent on experience) properties. With the support of a fantastic leasing consultant who does ALL the leasing, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with both Landlords and Tenants
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Completion on ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
- Previous Property Management experience
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
- Paying up to $95k package for the right candidate
- Ability to work autonomously
- 1 day work from home
- Monday - Friday Role
