Working within a team of 4 including; a Hands-on HOD, SNR PM & JNR PM/Assistant!
- Take over a well-managed portfolio of circa 100 properties situated mainly within the northern and eastern corridor.
- Conduct end-to-end property management practices
- PM admin support and ad-hoc routines support
- Use of Property Tree/ Inspections Manager / IRE & Trello
The role is flexible and open to a mixed level of experience from 1 + years in portfolio management.
If you have worked in a POD or task-based system and are open to learning end to end management, this role may be for you.
