The Role:
Monday – Friday, we are seeking a talented Commercial Property Manager to join the team. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Management of 50 to 80 properties (mixed use portfolio)
- Management of rent collection and outgoings
- Manage rental arrears
- Negotiation of lease renewals and transfers including completing the relevant documentation
- Conduct property inspections, prepare inventory and condition reports
- Annual Outgoings Budgets and Reconciliations
The ideal candidate will possess the following;
- Previous experience in Commercial Property Management (minimum 12 months)
- Will look at an experienced Residential Property Manager with a touch of Commercial knowledge and experience
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Own car & drivers License
- You will be immaculately presented
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
