This is a position available due to growth! Operating out of Sydney’s Eastern Beaches, this is an agency who has been servicing the Eastern Suburbs for over 15 years. This is a hand-picked team that is by far the largest in the local area. Encouraging ‘outside the square’ thinking, this is an opportunity for a Leasing Consultant to join a top performing Director who has a strong desire to bring about a new level of service in the industry.The Role:
Monday – Saturday with a full day off during the week, this is a fast-paced role supporting a team with a strong reputation. Working across a portfolio all based in the Coogee and surrounding areas, you will be responsible for:
- Handling & addressing rental inquiries via email and phone
- Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections
- Ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Diary Management
- Prepare properties for online advertising
- Lease sign ups
- Preparing leases and lease packs
- Ad hoc administration duties
The Candidate:
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
- Experience in Real Estate is highly desirable
- Immaculately presented and well-groomed
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
