A private developer with an unparalleled workplace culture requires an experienced Contract Admin to join their closeknit and social team!

Our client is a well established Real Estate Investment company base in St George, who prides themselves on their ability to provide unprecedented advice to local clients here in NSW & Victoria.

This is a newly created role due to increased workload, sales & to support two new staff members. This role is based out of brand new offices in Waterloo, scattered street parking is available.

The Position
Working closely with the sales team, you will take ownership of the contract administration function focusing on the settlements & exchanges of residential property transactions. In this role you to manage the sales process from contract sign-up through to settlement:
  • Processing of new property sales contracts and pre-settlements
  • Control contracts through to settlement
  • Follow up any outstanding conditions of sale
  • Liaise regularly with the customers and internal sales team, project managers, settlement agents, building partners, financiers
  • Manage the construction timelines of multiple properties
  • Assist Sales Consultants with purchaser updates

The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a similar role within development, new homes or real estate
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
  • Exceptional administrative skills with an attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of the sales process
  • Enjoy being part of a dynamic and social team environment!
