- Streamlined systems & procedures
- Ingoings, routines, outgoings
- No leasing, No accounts, No lease renewals
- Plenty of support!
- 1 DAY WFH

- Property Management Experience
- Motivating, innovative & driven to succeed
- Ability to prioritize your own and your team's time
- Conflict Resolution - highly experienced with NCAT and tribunals
- Develop team strengths and improve areas needing further development
- Current Real Estate Licence / Certificate of Registration
