The Role
Location: North West
As the Property Manager, you will be involved in the servicing of a high end, well-managed portfolio of approx. 184 properties. With plenty of support, this is an exciting opportunity to join a Property Management department within a great reputation and an award winning team. You will be responsible for:
- Manage a tidy portfolio of 184 properties
- Effectively liaise with clients and tenants
- 3-4 days p/week
- 9 - 3 / 10 - 4 (Flexible working hours)
- Start ASAP
- Temp to Perm opportunities
- Purely office based!
- Property Me & Inspection Express
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in Property Management
- Must have knowledge of IRE, Inspection Express, Property Me
- A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Strong attention to detail
- You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
