With one of the largest Property Management departments in Sydney, this upbeat and successful team is looking for an amazing Leasing Consultant to join their dynamic and lively office.
The Role:
This is your opportunity to work in a diverse and fast paced role with plenty of support and training to structure your career to be the best. Working alongside the vigorous Property Management Team, as a Property Officer/Leasing Consultant your role will involve:
- Leasing and open for inspections via appointment and open homes
- Handling leasing enquiries via email and phone
- Processing applications & reference checking tenants
- Organising repairs & maintenance
- Liaising with tenants & general support to the Property Management team
To be successful in joining this high-end office, we are seeking an immaculately presented individual driven by success! You will have a valid Certificate of Registration, Car and Drivers License and ideally have 6 months experience in a similar role.
