What role will you play?

As a hands-on Delivery Lead you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the resources and capabilities within the program are effectively aligned to deliver on the objectives within the delivery timeframes
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional technology and business teams
  • Driving delivery of risk outcomes that will have a material impact on the business
  • Co-ordination throughout the project lifecycle, planning and estimation, identifying and managing risks and issues and providing stakeholder updates
  • Performing analysis, scoping and sequencing solutions, coordinating test efforts, and producing operational readiness artefacts.

What you offer

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in technology delivering end-to-end in a complex cross-functional financial services environment with adherence to delivery dates
  • Experience aligning and motivating teams to a common vision and goal
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with demonstrable experience influencing across technology and non-technical stakeholders
  • Facilitation skills and capability to drive effective team ceremonies including stand-ups, refinement sessions, showcases and retrospectives
  • Adept at creating supportive and high-functioning team environments and co-ordinating and building positive relationships across multiple time zones
  • Experience in.
